VIEW CLAIM HISTORY & SUBMIT A CLAIM
- Select a customer to enter or view their warranty claim.
2. Select "Warranty Claims on the left navigation pane.
3. To enter a new claim, type the Item Number, Serial Number, Loyalty ID, Date Installed, Date Failed, Reference Number, and any comments related to why the product is being returned.
4. Click "Add Item" and "Submit Claim."
5. Finally, view the current status of your claim.
