PRESENTER

Bob Lilland, Franklin Electric Field Service Engineer, Southeast Region

Bob is a third-generation, licensed water well drilling contractor. No stranger to the business, Bob's grandfather started a well drilling company in Florida in the early 1950s. This business is now owned by Bob's parents. Since the age of 18, Bob has worked full-time in the family business, later branching off to start his own well drilling and pump company.

Bob has been on the board of directors for a local well drilling association and currently sits on the board of directors for the Florida Groundwater Association.

Four years ago an opportunity arose for Bob to come on board with Franklin Electric as a Field Service Engineer in the Southeast region. Bob sold his business and made his move to work with some of the top individuals in the water industry.
